We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to insure that all information provided is as accurate as possible.
 
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.
 
All prices are quoted in £ sterling.
 
Payment terms are cash, paypal, credit/debit cards and cheque (subject to guarantee or clearance)
 
Title of the goods remains with KMS until payment is made in full.
 
Delivery prices are quoted for mainland UK only – Certain areas of the highlands, Northern Scotland, Ireland and the Chanel Islands may attract a surcharge. For delivery other than mainland UK please contact us for a quote.

You have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to our address below.
 
If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

    Excellent product.

    Fantastic value. Great product. Decent size. Delivered extremely quickly, next day! I cannot rate this highly enough. We were just so pleased with it. Instructions could be a bit better but it's fairly simple to figure out. Just put the wind crossbars at a slight angle. It was sturdy and decent looking. I was worried that for the price it would be flimsy and naff but very pleased to say it was neither. If you need a gazebo/marquee, buy this one.

    Decent product,will get job done . Not best build quality, stitching doesn't look too good. Waterproof however as used in torrential rain. Not bad. Not great.

    Life changer during lockdown restrictions

    So easy to pop up. Lovely beige colour, roof cross bars hold it securely in windy conditions. Very cosy when panels are in place. Bought for lockdown restrictions and it's earned it's keep already. Velcro ties do pop if very windy, however, if it's that bad the sides shouldn't be in anyway. For the price you pay, it's an excellent purchase. It's not a caravan awning, but it does what it says on the packet. Love it!

    Great quality and sturdy construction . good quality cover and side panels not your cheap plastic stuff. Easy to put up and take down. Case is bigger than expected so easily goes back in. Sand bags a great addition too.

    Yes this is lightweight and it's good having the roof already on the frame

    My wife and I set this up in no time at all and the broke it back down and packed it back in the bag. Now we're just waiting for some nice weather to set it back up again.
