Delivery & communication was great however the item itself is poorly made. It was a nightmare to assemble. Things didn’t fit properly, the foam was ripping, instructions were hard to follow and some steps, such as attaching the foot breaks, were completely missing. Looks far better in pictures than in person. You buy cheap, you buy twice. Lesson learned.

This was a present for my granddaughter. The instructions were terrible and the quality of the item was very poor. There was no way I was using this to take my one year old granddaughter out on. It was cheaply made and of poor quality. It was unsafe and the quality was substandard. Please do not buy this trike from them. Very, very disappointed. The communication was hit and miss.
