Soles on boots were completely different from what was described in the item photos. I contacted the seller and was told that the ones I received were an improvement and that I should just be happy with what I received. No option to return or refund was provided. Other than the fact that I am stuck with a $70+ purchase for something I didn't want, it was a good transaction.
