Genuine HP tricolour cartridge. I always use the genuine cartridges on my printer. Excellent print quality. This particular one the xl version prints a large number of perfectly coloured pages or photos.

Well Worth the Extra
When you consider the cost of so called 'compatible' ink cartridges, and subtract this cost from the price of genuine one's, then the genuine one's are not that expensive, and the difference warrants that extra cost to have guaranteed results which genuine cartridges produce.

HP v Recycled inks
I believe that printing ink is sooooo very expensive - at one time it was cheaper to buy another printer than new inks - unfortunately new printers now only have 10% ink in them. However it is what it is and I would recommend using only genuine branded inks rather than get ripped off from a company in the Channel Islands for example who don't fill their inks up to manufacturers original levels.
