The bed came alot quicker than expected, I was emailed and text regularly on updates of my delivery, even called a day before to make sure I was going to be home, the delivery was great the driver was very lovely and kind helped me bring up some stairs for me, the bed itself it looks good quality, only took me minutes to put the headboard together and it was done, it feels very good and looks great, I would really recommend this company, thank you very much ��

If I'm honest, I did not expect anything too special for the price, how wrong was I? It came so well packed with all corners protected, wrapped in thick plastic which was handy as it had started to rain. It was stunning, exactly as the picture and description, so well made, very sturdy, the mattress very comfy and the headboard was beautiful. so happy with my purchase, when I need another bed I will certainly buy it from bedbustersuk.Can not fault the product or service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Having to go through financial ombudsman. Waited well over a month after delivery date changed 4 times. Arrived outside estimated time so was not planned to be around when delivered. Colour was nothing like the photos at all so wanted to return for refund but was told we have to pay ourselves for delivery which was over £100 so not worth the money and after being so unhappy with the x4 cancellations left feeling really angry. False advertising and awful service.
