This is a lovely colourful book which is great to support young worriers.
I work within a school and had one particular child who seemed to carry the world's worries on their shoulders. After reading this to the whole class we were able to have a group discussion about why you might worry and what we can do to help ourselves and each other with our problems. I borrowed the book to the parents of the child too and they said it really helped their child focus and discuss her problems- they have now bought their own copy!
