Ordered a size up, but the size was absolutely tiny. I ordered a size XL ( I'm normally a L ) but this was a size small. It wouldn't even go over my shoulders. I asked to return it but was told it would probably fit someone in my family, and offered a £2.00 refund. I refused and was offered £4.00 . I eventually sent it back but I had to pay postage costs. I lost £3.50
