What can I say! Richard is ace. The bed is fabulous. My husband was a little worried about buying from eBay but the feedback and customer service is second to none. Richard turned up when he said he would and I asked if he could build the bed for me as my husband is so busy. He said it would take an hour. Well Richard unloaded the van, we carried it upstair and he built it in under an hour. We even had time for a chat. 😬😬
