Exactly as described, the laptop arrived earlier than expected during a busy Christmas week. The laptop itself comes in a secure package to prevent any damage. When first setting it up, it had windows 10, open Office and a few other free software packages which please me. I’m going to buy another one from my granddaughter as it’s excellent value for money.
