Here is tracking number KB796665485GB. It's not 2 weeks. All I asked you to wait (10 working days) until delivery classed as lost in post, then I can issue refund or if you will receive item in next few days I offered 20% refund like apologie for delivery delay which I don't control. Royal mail struggling with postage due to COViD. I responded to all your messages and explained situation. Sometimes you understand other side as well. Refunded early anyway because I see you desperate for money now
