Vacuum is lightweight and easy to use ideal for my small bungalow - downside is that catches and plastic hinges seem a bit flimsy so care should be taken when releasing collected dust etc., Also unless you are computer literate it seems impossible to register extended guarantee - no Daewoo customer service phone line or email address for help that I can find.
