Item received on time but unfortunately once unpacked had a damaged piece - contacted the seller at the weekend & received a rapid response saying they would respond properly on Monday. They offered a partial refund or new part - I asked for a new part & that arrived undamaged after 2 days. Finally got the drawers together yesterday & they look amazing. Unfortunately, the packaging was damaged and consequently the top of the chest of drawers. I contacted the company who responded to my emails immediately. A replacement top was sent out by next day delivery. Excellent service!! Will definitely buy from them again.
