All my knobs are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class, or through the Ebay service (which is tracked) but if your order is urgent, please contact me as a first class or signed upgrade is always available.

You can pay via Paypal for all purchases on Ebay.
 
If you like any of the designs but would like the knob painting a different colour, please message me with your requirements and I'll get back to you asap. There may be a small additional charge for this service depending on the colour mix involved.
 
I do offer a return & refund policy for all items damaged in transit so long as you contact me with 48 hours of receipt.
 
You have the choice of paying via an Invoice through Paypal where you can pay using your Paypal balance or a Debit or Credit card. You do not need a Paypal account to use this method :)
 
My Returns Policy
FOR 'OFF THE SHELF' ITEMS
I offer 30 day (from receipt) returns for all goods purchased.
To return the item you MUST use a signed for service. You are responsible for items until I have signed and received them. I will not refund you if an item being returned is lost in the post or damaged due to incorrect or insufficient packaging.
I comply with the Distance Seller Regulations.
 
FOR BESPOKE ITEMS
I do not accept returns for items you have specifically ordered as BESPOKE if you change your mind or decide you just don't want them any more. I send photographs of the bespoke items prior to dispatch and as such once you have agreed they are what you want forms a binding agreement to purchase.
If the items are lost in the post or damaged on arrival I will refund but you will have to contact me via email to sort out the problem within 14 days as per the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014 ( previously known as distance seller regulations)
