Sent a ribbon completely different to the one ordered The ribbon had a different print, so sparkle and had a paper feel to it and looked and felt very cheap. Requested a return and I was refunded in full. The seller did not respond or apologise to my comments, bearing in mind I was let down due to mis-advertising just days before Christmas and the ribbon was for a Christmas cake. Wouldn’t order from this seller again!
