The process of receiving the doll I will admit was quick. But the description of the item was very deceptive. The item says new and unused, undamaged, etc. However, the box the doll came in is torn, cracked, dusty/cloudy (to the point of being hard to see through it at some points), and completely damaged. As a doll collector this is extremely disheartening to see. I will not be buying from this seller again. I can see why I got such a great deal on it.

I reached out to Buyer and offered to give a refund since they were not happy with their purchase so they would retract their over exaggerated detail of the condition of their item when received. The items packaging WAS AT THE MOST a little dusty due to being in storage for quite sometime. Otherwise, as the buyer stated, the buyer received a great deal! Regardless, the buyer refused to communicate before giving me a negative review. Buyer never responded 2 ANY of my efforts to resolve any issues
