This feedback is neutral purely because the dispute was avoidable. Elements of the transaction were very positive. The package arrived promptly, slightly ahead of the stated delivery date, and the box was indeed sealed and exactly as depicted in the E-Bay description. Initial contact was good, prompt and helpful. However on requesting a refund communication stopped. I resorted to a Paypal resolution services, and Sulmaan (Wulf-Mart) to his credit did not contest my dispute and PayPal refunded
