When checked through the ad, I believed licence bracket was included to the pricing because it was in the item pictures as well. Right after I made the purchase, I wanted to make sure and messaged seller. I did not get any response, instead I received a msg that my purchase was dispatched. So, this way I was basically prevented to cancel my order. I sent another msg about the situation and the seller did not response again. Today I received the package and the bracket was not in the packaging...

HI, If you have read the product discription, it is clearly mentioned in RED colour that we are only providing a Bracket and Council plate bracket is not included in this sales, You may order these seperately, and in the pictures it was shown only to show how it looks when both the brackets ate attached. We never PREVENTED anyone from cancelling or returning the product. you may return the product any time and get your refund back.
