Terms and conditions of the sale
• Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders/delivery addresses after they have been placed as our order processing is automated. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure shipping address is checked and correct at the time of purchase.
• Once tracking is added under your order it is your responsibility to be aware of the date and time of delivery. If order was not received when expected, please check the course of action to take from the courier’s website after entering your tracking details. They are not always able to leave a missed delivery card.
• If an order is returned to us due to inaction on your part, you will be responsible for a restocking fee of 25% of the order value. A re-delivery charge of 25% of the order value will apply if you still want the order.

1.1 Next working day delivery is available to mainland UK only.
1.2 The goods will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.

1.4 Please check the parcel before sign for it. If any problem with the parcel please mark on the signature that ‘Damaged when received’ when signing it.
 
2. Returns and cancellation

2.2 If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us through eBay messaging.
2.3 If goods are damaged or faulty photo or video proof will be requested.
2.4 If you decide to cancel you order after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us resulting in any damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
2.5 In order for us to process your refund swiftly, please provide your eBay ID, address, and order ID inside your package, along with a note explaining the reason for return and/or the nature of any fault(s).
