2 plants were lost in the post for a month.... gave a refund and the plants arrived in a very poor state. Wrapped well and moisturised but sadly Royal Snail failed big time. Seller did all they could to rectify but we were both at the mercy of RM... Highly reccomend the company on way they dealt with the postage issue... I now never use royal mail..
