    Not practical for every day who has time to make a loaf of bread or crackers? that aside a breakfast recipe states a handful of blueberries and no further blueberries are mentioned for the rest of the week so you buy the blueberries throw the rest away,? There also seemed to be a lot of cake recipes surely the idea of going sugar free is to try not to eat sweets and cakes and biscuits however they are sweetened ie with honey rather than sugar. This is not the diet for me

    This is a great book with so many lovely recipes however you do need to use honey and maple syrup in lots of the baking recipes and that's still sugar.
