• We deliver only to eBay/PayPal registered addresses and will not agree to alternative delivery address requests, unless eBay contact us to confirm the changes, and let us know that we may proceed with the new address. • We always aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days of receiving payment.
• We dispatch from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We aim for same day dispatch if paid for before 12:00PM (not guaranteed).
• We use next-day courier service as standard, or Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed. Items of a value below £10.00 are not sent as Signed For unless stated oherwise.

If we have an item listed as local collection only, it is strictly collection only for a reason. This will show that the device is not currently blocked, reported lost or stolen, had any insurance claims made against it, it's not counterfeit or a clone, not on contract or a finance agreement, and not registered under anyone else's name.
 
 
DEVICES WITH BUILT IN STORAGE / MEMORY CARDS:
 
All of our mobile devices, personal computers, gaming consoles, and any other devices with built-in storage have been fully data wiped and restored back to factory settings. This includes items with storage which are faulty.
 
 
SECONDHAND VIDEO GAMES:
 
Please note that ALL of our secondhand videos games are sold as having NO "DLC" (No downloadable content), as we could never guarantee that "DLC" codes have not already been redeemed.
 
 
VAT INVOICES:
 
Please make sure you are fully aware that we CANNOT provide a VAT invoice, under any circumstances. As we are a re-seller, we pay "VAT Margin Schemes Tax", which is the difference between what we paid for an item and what we sold it for, rather than the full selling price. We pay VAT at 16.67% (one-sixth) on the difference, therefore, VAT cannot be paid a second time and we cannot produce a VAT invoice.
 
 
MAKING OFFERS:
 
Please make sure your offers are both sensible, and fair. We do not consider offers of half price or below to be fair offers. Please do not message us asking us for the lowest price we will accept, it is not in our best interest to tell you the least we will accept, as we are trying to make a profit.

• Warranty seals on gaming consoles will be fully intact, unless specifically stated otherwise.
