Item was listed as “New” when it was clearly should have been “Opened - Never Used” (bids may have been higher as listed as New). Tools were missing, accessories were in a “Food Fresh Bag”, pedals partly assembled, USB Cable loose & manual taped to box (see picture). Tried to engage with Seller to give him a chance to make it right, he said he'd made a mistake and then stated that I was tying to "Extort monies from him". Have kept item, but Buyers beware.

I had made a mistake when listing this as new. Pictures showed box open so it was obviously a mistake. This was a display item at a closed store. Customer did not "engage to make it right" - he decided to threaten me with a cancelation of order and subsequent carriage charges / relisting fees, if I didn't offer him a discount. The Oxford English dictionary's definition of extortion - "obtaining something from someone, especially money, by using force or threats.". This is against ebay policies.
