Item was dispatched quickly box as described, I'd query the "new" condition, seemed more like general open box returns. Upon removing the head there were trimmings in it, I do think it had been used at least once. However for the price paid I'm happy.

Item described as new and unused. Arrived and the clipper head mechanism was broken which could not have happened in transit.
Seller said to return it. I’m not paying out of my own pocket to return an item which was wrongfully sold.
To top it off the clippers were not advertised as European so when the battery ran out there was no means of charging it.
In total have had to spend an additional £46 in order for this product to work.

Great seller - by accident dispatched the item missing a lead shown in the pics but when prompted gave a partial refund to cover the cost of replacement lead. Very fair. Mistakes happen It's what you do abotut it that shows good customer service
