It's compact and very simple to use.
I don't know why it took me so long to get one? It's compact and very simple to use. A very handy tool that makes my life so much easier and I can now find my way around with ease when in unknown territory and importantly it gives the speed limit for whatever area you are in - great safety feature! Commentary with information and instructions are very clear and with a choice of many voices and nationalities. The viewing screen is just the right size with the images being sharp, and zoom can be changed with ease. I can highly recommend it. Richie, North Tyneside. Tomtom Start 52 UK and Ireland satnav.
This is a good satnav with some great features on. Being able to touch the map on the screen and save it with your choice of description is a really good option. I would prefer the navigation arrow to be a car in the direction of travel as does the Garmin but that is a personal preference. It has a number of times not taken me to the exact address when putting in the postcode. I know that postcodes are often a general area but it failed to come up with a position which my previous Garmin did. The street names that come up when the satnav is in just driving mode with no address put in are a little small to see especially if your near sight is not as good as it was.The speed warnings is a good feature though and the lane navigation feature. All in all however it does what it says on the tin ... This is a good satnav with some great features on. Mostly Reliable
This model was excellent at start up but after a couple of upgrades it slowed significantly and worrying on one occasional got north and south mixed up when travelling towards London. I was going south and the software had me moving north in the opposite direction. Crazy!
