There was a mistake made, and a fee to pay was issued to the Buyer in error. There was also a regrettable consequence of ill-timing, where the eBay claim was processed before the issue was realised (and much later resolved with the Seller): A token gesture of £5 was offered in Feedback to the Buyer for the thorough (and timely) responses given. Note: Fees paid to RM are not recoverable from this Seller, please request 'Proof of Postage' and you may attempt collection (without fee).
