I have received a defective item. The seller stated I was lying about it. I asked for a return shipping label, but the seller didn't respond and thus I needed to contact eBay support. The seller still didn't issue a return shipping label in a set period and thus eBay refunded my purchase amount. Horrible experience.

The buyer reported to us immediately upon receiving the package that the handle was not working. We requested a video from the customer, and the video provided by the customer was an old handle, not the new one we sent to the customer. We exposed his lies. But this buyer is very familiar with eBay's rules and has opened a case where the product does not match the description. In the end, I lost to eBay's rule.
