The process was going fine for the purchase of my Tag Heuer watch. However when it got to the authenticator, they discovered light scratches that were not disclosed. I was offered a refund which I accepted. My experience is neutral vs negative because all other parts of the process went smoothly, including the refund. My only disappointment is the lack of information on the scratches. The listing also said the watch was new/unworn which the authenticator disagreed.
