The item description of 'new' was correct but I was sent the wrong / not as shown material. I initially raised issue with seller and they offered a discount (first 10% then 25%) if I kept the material but it really was not what I needed. Raised a return request for wrong item with eBay and refund issued promptly. I am still waiting (3 weeks+) for a return label so that I can send the material back! I would only order from them again if I didn't mind what pattern / colour of material I received.

This is a beautiful quilt set. Color is vibrant. The seller quickly responded to my messages. Upon receipt of this set; I looked it over and saw small black spots that are visible throughout the quilt. I notified the seller and he responded saying that the marks are normal and they appear during the quilting process. He gave me a partial refund which was very kind. Highly recommend.

The couriers were lazy in following my delivery instructions and Royal Mail didn't bother to try and deliver. Then our local post lady stepped in and contacted the depot so at last my parcel arrived. I am happy to say the product is nice and I already have bought two before as they make nice throws over armchairs. The seller is good and reliable updating information
