The Fan sound was so loud and noisy, I had to do an extensive srearch to find a solution for this issue after nearly return the laptop beacuse of it. I found out the solution for the Fan noise is updating BIOS from dell support website. Also don't forget to update all the laptop drivers as some of it aren't updated

The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.
