seller was very nice! product is perfectly fine, though i wouldn't recommend gaomon tablets as the drivers can sometimes be a pain (have to delete and reinstall every time i turn on my pc to get the tablet to work properly), which is why i bought this to replace my old tablet, but i realise now that it's a problem with gaomon's drivers and not my old tablet. though everything is as described, thank you very much.
