Arrived one day early in perfect condition, well packed in a strong envelope. I only needed one as I'm moving from Vodafone to CMLink and couldn't find the one that came with my phone - having said that, it was cheaper to buy a pack of 10 than it was to buy a single one from my local phone repair shop (they were charging £1.29 for a single one!).
