Payment and Delivery
 
We try to make shopping on our site as easy as possible. Just browse our site and search by brand name or item type. When you find an item you like simply add to the basket and when you have finished shopping go to checkout.
 
We use paypal as our primary payment mode as we feel that this offers a safe and reliable way to purchase online with minimal risk to you the buyer. However if you do not have a paypal account we are happy to take cheques, postal orders and bank transfers by prior arrangement – just send us an email (info@kitwizard.com) and we will provide further details.
 
Postage costs will be displayed on the final checkout page. We do keep postage charges to a minimum and to this end we use a number of couriers especially for our larger and international parcels. The vast majority of our uk packages are sent via royal mail however. We aim to deliver within 3-5 days of receiving your order (within the uk). Occasionally however we may experience unexpected problems with stock availability, in these circumstances please allow up to 28 days for delivery – if this situation does arrive we will contact you within 5 days to inform you of the possible delay.
 
If you are ordering from overseas then we will dispatch within the same time frame however we are unable to guarantee delivery times. Please contact us to ask about delivery options – royal mail are commonly cheapest but can take considerably longer than other couriers. Overseas items sent by royal mail are not considered ‘lost’ until 25 days after the item has been dispatched (as per royal mail policy).

    Perfect product for people who know what they are getting and want perfection on their tool clothes.

    For active people like me it’s the perfect solution. I wash all my mountain technical clothes that need water proofing with that and also all my motorbike jackets and pants. I can say I’m very satisfied with this product as I believe it’s really stupid to pay so much money to get a goretex jacket or any high end material and then not treat it properly. I just came back from a two weeks trip with my motorcycle with lots of rain and not once I was wet inside my clothes !!! Highly recommended.

    This is the best wet weather cleaner there is bar none..........

    Use this on all Gore-Tex products as a cleaner, it's superb removing all mud and dirt residues but the best bit is it leave's the cleaned garments primed for washing with various protectors from the Nikwax & Grangers range. Highly recommend, I have used this for years and cannot recommend it enough AAAA+++++

    Good bulk buy.

    Nikwax products in the smaller sizes can be expensive if you use them frequently so a 5L container is always the best value option. I use this on my outdoor clothing to help maintain water resistance and breathability.

    The standard in breathable shell re-proofing.

    I’m unsure how environmentally friendly this product is but other than that the Techwash/TX Direct remains the best option for reproofing of breathable waterproof clothing. Excellent product.
