ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND/NO LONGER WANTED/ORDERED BY MISTAKE will receive only a 50% refund or be returned to customers if they have been opened/unboxed/had seals removed or are no longer in original condition.
 
1 - FAULTY ITEMS
If, within 14 days of purchase, you wish to return faulty goods for a refund or replacement you must first contact our Customer Services via the eBay Contact System as we may be able to resolve your issue without the need for a return. If a fault has been detected after 14 days the issue can only be resolved directly with the manufacturer.
 
All printers being returned as faulty must have a manufacturer support fault reference in order to guarantee a refund. The fault reference can be obtained from manufacturer customer support or through their website chat. We will only compensate for postage (up to £5) where this reference is provided.
 
Any faults must be described accurately as the item will be inspected and tested upon receipt to ensure a genuine fault. Items returned for false/inaccurate reasons where a fault is not present will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer.
 
2 RETURN OF NON-FAULTY ITEMS
If within 14 days starting the day after delivery of receiving the goods you wish to return the item and cancel your order, you should contact our Customer Services via the eBay Contact System.
 
We can only accept the return of non-faulty goods providing the goods are complete, unopened, have factory seal transit tape/clips in place (and have not been removed), with all relevant packaging in an unused condition or in the condition in which they were received.
 
In the case of a printer unit, please ensure that all accessories, cables, printed material, CD's, original inks AND extra Ink Cartridge bundles are included with your return otherwise it will not be authorised.

    Gr8 printer - if you get a good one!

    I owned a Canon 2550s originally which was a stunning, budget priced printer. When it became faulty I decided to buy another the same. Sadly this experience did not turn out well. The replacement was faulty from the start. However I decided to purchase the newer model and a step up - the 3550s. This unit I can heartily recommend heaping even higher praise upon - than my original 2550s. Overall I have to say Canon make exceptional inkjet printers - but there are bad ones out there, so be aware!

    Canon junk

    Useless piece of plastic. Whether installing drives from a disk or downloads on line never works properly. Cheap and not cheerful. Bought one, replaced by Canon as it would not print correctly, had that replaced again. Offered my money back. Printers under £150 seldom work correctly
