Cheers is a high quality comedy based in a Boston Bar with memorable characters you will grow to love very quickly. The seasons just get better and better until you will regard these people as your friends and care about their lives and their futures. This has to be the funniest American comedy of all time. Each of the main characters are well rounded and believable. The warmth they all feel for each other shines through even when they are arguing with each other. Absolutely superb.

Just love this - a really well written comedy series, typical from a major U.S. studio in this era (Taxi, MASH et al). The characters are very well cast and it really is funny and engaging. If you see it on eBay - buy it. it's a steal for 43 discs... !
