Package was in a black plastic bag with no packaging when opened the item was damaged and wouldn’t work. I contacted the seller for replacement item and sent photographs of the way I received it. The item was £11:30 I received a reply with an apology and the offer of £2 no replacement. So now I’m £9:30 out of pocket and still need a controller
