It provides a solid introduction to the basic principles of pharmacology, as well as a full account of clinical pharmacology and the nurse's role in medicines management. The authors have extensively reviewed and revised the text to reflect developments in pharmacology and clinical practice, include changes in licensed drugs. The nurse management section gives in-depth support to nurses in a clinical setting.
