The item delivered was wrong and not what I had bought, I contacted the seller, complained, convinced it was a scam, but I received a nice polite apology and was told to keep the wrong item and that a correct replacement would be sent, which it duly was so a happy ending, though I guess the moral of the story is, be careful when buying anything direct from China even if many advertise as UK sellers, I know I shall double check next time.

Trainers are the most comfortable I’ve had in a very long time.
Negotiated a reasonable discount and reordered the grey ones that I originally wanted.
Communication good, but a little OTT. Not used to being wished ‘a happy and wonderful life’.
Over friendliness for a £25 purchase is a little off putting to me. Customer care is great though. Response was fast, friendly and reasonable .
