The H was not the same colour or quality as the other letters also would not stay inflated.
The letters were rose gold as ordered the balloons were orange and did not match the letters at all. They were poor quality and some burst whiles inflating them. Disappointed

Items arrived but 1 short, yet the imagery states buy 2 get 1 free.. it doesn’t state you need to add 3 items to your basket, simply buy 2 get 1 free. I was ordering balloons, I didn’t need to scroll down further & read any info, I ordered what I needed. This needs to be made clearer, not customer friendly.
I reached out to the seller asking which colour I’d get for my 3rd pack & that same day received 2 packs. No response from seller.
