Very disappointed with this seller. Been in contact with them and not happy with their response. My pole was extendable which arrived damaged, it was dinted and bent at one end which trapped the inner pole so couldn’t be extended. I sent them photos showing this. They apologised then started bartering me down with the refund. It was just under £10 so not of value. They tried to do it in a cheeky manner but found it not funny. I only agreed to half the full refund because it was dragging on.
