Not happy with this seller I had a bad experience. The device arrive no battery life minimum of three hours for the item to be charged. The only good thing Customer Service team responded quick and tell me to leave it on charge did not like the condition. The iPad arrive in. The packaging was good, but the condition was not that good as what was explaining, especially for the price but a two year warranty is included so let’s see cannot judge a book by the cover time will tell.

Im sorry to hear that you feel you had a bad experience but you are literally complaining about having to charge your new ipad and the reason it took 3hrs to charge is due to your charger providing inadequate power.. The ipad was extensively tested prior to mailing it to you and we are under tight deadlines to dispatch products on ebay so we didnt have time to charge it to 100%.
