Photos shown tv but when it arrived screen was cracked & sides were broken. Came packed with two pieces of thin bubble wrap in a box no other packing. I've purchased tvs before which have had thick bubble wrap & polystyrene in box. Contacted seller a few times but no response. Had to get ebay involved to get a refund. Ended up disposing of tv. Iwanted to give this a negative experience but it said contact seller so neutral it is.
