Listing says medical grade silicone gel.these aren't gel,they're stickers,very thin stickers.the listing also states that they're washable&are reusable 15-20 times.this is not at all true in fact,I struggled using them once,because they're as thin as baking patchment&are literally a sticker,with the consistency &structure of a sticker,as in a child's sticker.so as soon as you move,the sticker completely crumples&creases&folds in on itself.i contacted seller &was ignored
