They were good trays but just too shallow unfortunately for us. I did request the refund to be given on a message to the seller twice, as I sent two orders back in the same box (they sent them to me in) but had to get eBay involved to refund the second one. I think this is partly to do with eBay not having a system for refunding two orders in one lot of packaging which needs sorting as I’m sure it happens a lot.
