Initially delivery firm bought mismatched boxes (grey and black colours instead of just black) but the firm were quick to put things right. Bed was assembled in about 2 hours between two adults and tools were provided in the packets, couple of spare nuts too in case you lost one. Seems to be operating well. There is no base to the ottoman so storage is on the floor but if things are bagged then not an issue

The item comes flat-packed, buyers reading this make sure you use silver M8 screws on the woodwork brackets and the black M*'s on the metalwork. No spring washers so I used thread lock blue. No tightening torque, so I used 5.5Nm on all metal fixings and 5Nm on the woodwork brackets. Note: No pull-up handle on the frame end unlike other models sold by this seller. Leave the struts off until totally built, recommend building the metal framework separately and then bolting together, then struts.

The bed arrived on time and was well packaged. It is as described in the details but when moving the 2 haves of the base they felt a bit wobbly … a problem that was resolved once they were joined together. The courier was an absolute diamond as I’d paid someone to dismantle my old bed ( old 20’s metal frame ) and although a price was agreed on the phone he refused to take the frame outside unless I paid him extra, so the courier did this for me as I am disabled. 🙏🏼 Mr Singh thank you so much.

Arrived on time, packaged well, as described. Courier were helpful and friendly. The seller is amazing, I reached out as I am not always at home, and they arranged the delivery for a nominated Saturday. I was then called on Friday to confirm, just amazing service!!! The communication is excellent!

The delivery was delayed due to courier issues which meant I spent all day waiting in. The seller swiftly organised an alternative date where it was delivered on time and assembled with the packaging taken away. I’m blown away by the value for money, ok, the mattress could be a higher spec but with a topper on it is very comfortable as it’s also a guest bed.
The seller is genuine and customer service oriented. There is a small damage to the material on one corner but I can live that.
