Show in owners manual I down lowed from Samsung com ,came well packed up No warranty or paper work then theirs the so called why bother Hdmi cable in white about an arms length to fit all black unit , so again purchased a 3m all in black , wasnt impressed considering , it’s plain to see & yes I’ve Samsung stuff , ALL HDMI .So all in all should have avoided , feedback below 98% says all.

Sorry to hear you are not happy with receiving white colour hdmi cable with samsung bluray player.It was something extra added by a seller for free and seller didnt promise to send the black cable.We include sometimes black,sometimes white depends of stock level but always brand new and working. There was no paperwork because product was sold as used, not new and there was only seller's warranty included, not manufacture's one. Kind Regards
