Excellent service, laptop arrived well packaged and in near perfect condition, in fact the power button still had the plastic peel still on it lol. It did have a strong chemical smell that I reckon is just from the cleaning process, it dissipated after a short while. Laptop is super fast and a massive upgrade over my aging Dell workhorse. Can't fault the seller, everything went smoothly and delivery was excellent, it was at my door within 2 days, can't argue with that. Highly recommended.

The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.
