The parcel arrived damaged through no fault of the seller. He had packed it very well marked it Fragile and then Royal Mail hit it with a hatchet!! The seller had sent an excellent condition record, at a very good price in quick time. He was very understanding when I reported it damaged and quickly sent a refund.
