The first package arrived with both bookends being heavily damaged (marble bases shattered). Shipping during the Christmas season is always a dice roll with delicate items. Fortunately the vendor saw the photos I sent and immediately called me, apologized, issued a return shipping label and promptly sent out a replacement order (all within 12 hours).
