The seller couldn t have been more helpful, we had a problem was a one off issue with the courier and they worked really hard to solve it and get the problem resolved. The mattresses are great, we love them and they were delivered quickly once they had identified the courier issue.

Contacted seller regarding this mattress - having had 3 memory foam ones previously - this is extremely HARD but I was told I would be charged £50 to return it and in the original packing which was a piece of clear polythene ( no box) quite impossible to return as packaging was cut in order to remove ! This companies policy has shocked me - how could you return an item which has to be opened to allow it to expand then return in original packaging and at £50 cost ???
