EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE :( NOT Reliable Seller as she canceled my order WITHOUT MY APPROVAL and said "I am so sorry but one of them broke and I forget cancel my listing" She refunded and that's it?? How she could not offered at least to send two mugs from the three mugs as per the photo in the listing? I sent her an email requesting to send the two mugs remaining in stock and she just IGNORED it and NEVER replied back. In summary: WE NEED SERIOUS SELLERS!!! Luckily found them in USA!
